COMMISSION PRICING

 

Types of Commissions offered: 

I am so happy to collaborate with you to create a cherished piece for yourself or your loved ones! Fulfilling commissions is something I've been doing since I was young and I'm alway so honored that you would have me create something for you. 

I work with multiple mediums often and it is something I truly enjoy. From graphite to oil paintings, there is surely an option you are looking for! If you have a new idea please mention it below and I am more than happy to work with you on it. 

I work from high quality clear reference photos. Please keep this in mind and send the original photo you would like me to work from. Warping, pictures of pictures or low quality will affect the quality of how I can perceive and create the image. However, if your specific reference is a low quality image, please send multiple photos so I can piece it together accurately. 

STARTING RATES:

Portrait sketch:

A graphite portrait sketch of one or two people. This will be done in pencil on Strathmore 400 Drawing Paper. 

Graphite:

5 x 7 in. - $250

8 x 10 in. - $300

9 x 12 in. - $350

12 x 16 in. - $450

 

Colored Pencil:

5 x 7 in. - $350

8 x 10 in. - $400

9 x 12 in. - $450

12 x 16 in. - $500

Watercolor Portraits:

These portraits are done on Arches 400 Cold Press Watercolor Paper and are done with extreme care to capture the details of the moment. 

Sizes:

5 x 7 in. - $200

8 x 10 in. - $450

9 x 12 in. - $500

12 x 16 in. -  $600

Oil Paintings:

Oil paintings are a way to have something you truly cherish last forever. These paintings are done on canvases and varnished to be a one of a kind piece. 

Sizes:

5 x 7 in. - $500

8 x 10 in. - $650

11 x 14 in. - $700

Custom Size Paintings: 

This option ranges in detail and size and is completely custom. Please specify if you would like watercolor or oil. Here are some examples of rates. 

Sizes:

24x48in, low level detail, watercolor: $1,000

3ftx5ft, high level detail, watercolor: $2,500

24x48in, low level detail, oil: $2,500

3x5ft, high level detail, oil: $5,000

Please keep in mind that these are the basic starting rates. Please message me to learn more about specific requests, rushed timeline, etc. 

These costs cover shipping for artwork, art supplies , my own cost of living, and time. 

The Process: 

Please allow 24 hours of response time to your inquiry. I retain the right to reject any inquiry based on my own judgement. 

I require a 30% deposit to secure your commission for me to get started. Please note that your artwork will not be started without this deposit. After the initial payment is received, I will begin working on the sketch and send you a preliminary sketch for approval before fully rendering the artwork. 

Once the piece is fully finished, I will send a photo of your completed artwork and accept the remainder of your commission rate. Your artwork will then be delivered or shipped. 

The tentative time for your artwork to be completed will range from a few days for small pieces to a few weeks for larger ones. I will give you an exact schedule based on your specific inquiry.
